Hugo is the Founder and President of H.A. Technical Services.

An original major in architecture, Hugo decided to specialize in Computer Aided Design (CAD), which is where he gained his initial knowledge of computers. He eventually decided, with his wife Nancy, to start a small business near Syracuse, New York, to provide general computer consulting services to the central New York consumer.

Always hungry for knowledge, and driven to learn more, Hugo prepared himself for the new online technology. Along with the existing Internet knowledge of his wife, Hugo took his business towards the new technology. Hugo and Nancy have taken specialized training for the new applications and computer programs that are currently driving the business world.

This expertise and their constant growing knowledge, along with an affiliation to a proper Network of Professionals and qualified personnel has enabled them to succeed in the Internet industry.

Hugo is a member of many local computer clubs, including the Central NY PC Users Group. He and Nancy have been doing Internet demonstrations and classes for the past seven years. Currently they teach in BOCES, and the Excell Center in Onondaga Community College.
